Located in Lestein, in the heart of Styria, Franz and Christine Strohmeier live in a corner of paradise, in complete symbiosis with nature. Most of the vines he grows are planted on slopes incredibly steep composed of hard gneiss and shale. The composition of Strohmeier’s wines changes from year to year depending on how the vintage went; precisely for this reason on the label we find the name of the wine followed by a number indicating at what number of grape harvest has arrived.
