Parisian, artist, designer, with a long life in Milan, Fabrice Domercq, together with his friend Jasper Morrison, in 2007, south of Saint-Emilion in the Entre-Deux-Mers, began his activity as a winemaker. Ormiale consists of 2 hectares, and in addition to hand harvesting, the real surprising aspect is the rippling, also carried out entirely by hand. Fabrice sees wine with the same perfectionism, passion and attention to detail that he had in his past life, in fact every wine of his can boast a finesse, elegance and salinity far from obvious, of the great expressions of the Bordeaux terroir.
