Vincent takes his first steps in the world of viticulture with Patrick Meyer and Bruno Schueller in Alsace, and very interested in the work of Patrick Bouju, he decides in 2012 to acquire some parcels in Auvergne and, in 2015, to add those of the Domaine de Tournoël located in the Volvic region, north of Clermont-Ferrand. In total it owns 5 hectares of vineyards mainly in Gamay (Gamay Beaujolais) and its variant known as Gamay d’Auvergne, as well as Pinot Noir, but also the rarer Syrah d’Auvergne. The “no control” philosophy of this rock n ‘roll enthusiast moves him not to use any synthetic product in the field, no yeast selected in the cellar and no addition of sulfur. Its wines faithfully reflect the hand of those who produce them, juicy, volcanic and full of energy.
