Maria and Sepp Muster, have their possessions in the southernmost part of the Styria valley, near the border with Slovenia. Their adventure began in 2000, when they took over the family hectares. Moreover, in the steep rocky and clayey vineyards, at an altitude of about 450 meters, all the work is done manually to avoid weighing down or compacting the soils.
Sepp and Maria have the firm conviction that every step they take is “for” nature and not against it. The first encounters with biodynamic agriculture and the time spent in India and Australia have opened our eyes, marking the starting line for an unconditional search. The ground is where it all begins. Vitality in the soil leads to vitality in the plant and ultimately in every bottle of wine.
