Born in Anjou, Vincent leaves the Loire to study oenology, and after graduating, he undertakes an apprenticeship experience in Brouilly, with oenologist Patrick Coton. In this period he met Marcel Lapierre and many other winemakers who began to draw attention to their non-interventionist winemaking style. Vincent
he is struck by their wines and quickly decides that this was the path for him.
In 2002, after traveling the world, he moved with his wife and their 2 daughters to the village of Orcet in Auvergne. Their parcels are equally divided between Gamay d’Auvergne, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Moscato from which they produce truly incredible wines.
