Located in Les Mas Blanc near the mountains behind Béziers, in 2003 he began his life as a vigneron. In total, between own and other rental properties, it reaches almost 8.5 hectares.  Axel is a quiet, attentive and totally committed young winemaker in the production of non-interventionist wines. Interestingly, he collects hair from hairdressers in the local village and then scatters it at the edges of his vineyard, claiming that wild boars, feeling the human smell of hair, avoid the vineyard. The result among its rows is a riot of health with cobwebs everywhere and incredible biodiversity. The names of his wines are evocative and provocative, just like him. Limited production, given the low yield.
