Jean Ginglinger, who took over his father’s domain in 1999, is located in the central area of Alsace, Pfaffenheim, 12 kilometers south of Colmar. A true pioneer of biodynamics, Jean always tries to enrich his soil and produce better wines every year. 5.5 hectares of acred land, with a rich range of different terroirs: some gypsum, some arenari and others limestone. Gewurztraminer, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris are the varieties he cultivates, from which his wines come notable for their finesse and freshness.
