Paul and Chrystelle take over the farm from Paul’s family by transforming one of the small buildings into a wine making facility. In total, the domaine consists of five hectares. Several years ago, during a visit to Georgia, Paul and Chrystelle were struck by their culture. Since that day he has been producing wines aged in amphora and drinking Mezcal from the typical Georgian horn.
