In Jura, in the small Arbois, Alice cultivates a couple of hectares of vineyards, producing an incredible number of cuvées. Recently moved to a brand new cellar, it adopts a dynamic winemaking process, with decisions that are made only once the grapes arrive in the cellar, with fermentation and refinement varying from plot to plot and from harvest to harvest. It is an unusual approach, but in each of his creations you can feel the character and a sort of explosive energy, common thread that we find both in the wines from his possessions as well as from those produced from shop grapes.
