In Sugano, in the Umbrian territory on the border with Lazio, between Lake Bolsena and Orvieto, with an apparently crazy appearance, but with a calm and gentle character, there is Jacopo Battista and his Ajola farm.
A curriculum that boasts the experience alongside Gianmarco Antonuzi (Le Coste), has the sole objective of returning to a no-frills agriculture, starting from an old abandoned vineyard of about two hectares on volcanic soil, re-grafted in part with some indigenous varieties.
