Amélie Vuillet and Sébastien Jacques, both natives of the Jura, take their first steps alongside some of the region’s greatest vignerons, such as Brignot, Bornard and Tissot. In 2011 they bought a small plot of land in Arbois and there they began to produce a small amount of wine for themselves, selling some to a lucky few since 2013. The wines are of a unique purity and finesse, in fact Overnoy visits every year, as a great admirer of Seb and Amélie’s creations. Today they grow just over a hectare of vines scattered over small plots around their home in Molamboz, as well as in Arbois and Montigny-lès-Arsures.
