In the heart of the Styrian valley Aci owns three hectares of vineyards, woods and pastures, of which only one is planted with old plants. Family management and artisan approach make his famous Organic Anarchy indelible over time. His winemaking concept is nothing short of visionary. Aci does not care about all the technicalities that characterize modern producers, but limits itself to knowing what goes into the cellar, a healthy and nutritious grape, and what comes out, an inimitable and extraordinary wine, the rest resides in a “Black Box” , (so he defines his cellar) in which he has no intention of sticking his head.
